Any stickies for an Alpha II removal stand?

My 4.3 is winterized, and my back isn't improving. I'll be pulling the drive before it gets too cold. I'm planning to build a removal/storage stand on my favorite $11 Harbor Freight four wheel furniture cart. But before I reinvent the wheel I'd like to see how others have already done it. Any links or pics?
Thanks,
Dave

Ayuh,..... My super simple storage rack/ dollies are 4 pieces of 2x6"s,.......

2 pieces, fore to aft, at 'bout 45* angles to plumb, 'n the other 2 screwed into the ends of the 1st 2 holdin' 'em at their 45* angles,.....
Just leave 'bout an inch gap 'tween the angled pieces bottoms, so the skeg passes through the gap,......

Thanks, I found some info in Don S's stickies, but not much. I'll push the path of least resistance harder, and see what I can dig up. Maybe a pic of Bondo 's fix. My mental TV is on the fritz right now.

Ayuh,..... That's Waayyy newer than any camera I've got,..... :D

My mental TV is on the fritz right now.

2, 2x6s, in a V shape, with a 1" gap at their bottom, the pointy part of the V,......
2 more 2x6s perpendicular to the other 2, screwed into the ends of the 1st 2 to hold 'em in a V shape,......
Then screw the whole thing on to the top of the 4 wheel dolly ya got,....

Don't have any pictures of 'em,..... will take some if I think of it this weekend,.....

Thanks. Looks like I found this twice. Kinda what I had in mind, but maybe a little less beefy. I just have a single lil' ol' Alpha II. Not those twin big boy Bravos you have.

Also my boat sets low on the trailer. I have to back the trailer onto 2x's and then drop the tongue jack to the ground to get my drive to trim full in. So I'll be building mine a little lower at the skeg pass. Thinking I'll get the drive broken loose, raise it a bit, and scoot the stand underneath.
