I am wondering if anyone has used a Pow'r Tran PB100SS power lift on a pontoon or any boat? Like this:
Pow'rTran : Products : PB100SS

I am adding a Pow'r Tran Pontoon bracket to allow installation of my kicker. The way the seats are made on my pontoon and with the addition to the sundeck at the back I believe it is to far to lean out safely to lower a manual type lift for the kicker.

The the PB100SS looks solid just wondering if anyone has any experiance with it.......

You'd need a way to link the steering on the kicker with your primary outboard engine. You'd need remote steering and controls, as there are no arms long enough to use a tiller steer.

Doesn't seem worth the effort to get it perfected.

Never said it was a tiller.....have remote control box for the engine for shifting and Throttling. Moving it from john boat to the pontoon.
