Any Volvo Penta AQ151C / 290 owners out there?

I would like to try the original prop that came on this boat. It is a 1988 Imperial 200 (20') with the AQ 151C volvo penta motor and 290 out drive. (Michigan 14 x 17 prop on it now).
Any ideas on what prop came on this?

Not likely to have an exact comparison and most of us are mystified by Volvo nomenclature.
if you tell us your gear ratio,prop size, horsepower and lightly loaded wide open throttle rpm and gps speed.
We can help.It is possible a Volvo geek may be able to produce original numbers.

This prop is in very bad shape. 3/4" chunks out of it. Not fixable IMO. Can't do the testing with it. Hate to purchase the wrong prop. I hope a Volvo geek is out there.

Maybe you can help us id the setup. The original prop may have no bearing on this 28 year old boat.
How does it do with the present prop?
3/4" chunks are nothing when talking repair. I lean toward a new prop at this point. Technology is more advanced at this point.
Solace Amita or Rubex or perhaps the Turning point Hustler prop.
You do need a working tach and a lightly loaded wot gps speed to evaluate your present setup.

I will send this prop out for repair. When it comes back I will do the testing. It will work as a spare prop after I purchase a new one.
