Of course, duh :D

It's a great show because:

1. It has boats on it
2. I'm not a crabber so I get to watch from a comfy sofa :)
(I have NO IDEA how those guys do that job year after year & actually like it!)

Best show on! I'm suprised to see Johnathan Hilstandt that close to Kieth colburn but the Hansen's and Hilstandts do make the show and was very bummed to hear about Phil Harris passing away.

Some one asked about that at the captains forum, they said they had made up.

I talked to Edgar about that, I thought it was manufactered for ratings, but he said they were really pissed at each other. Edgar was a really neat guy to talk to, one on one.

I am amazed those guys do that stuff too. I consider my self a pretty tough guy, been working out for 26 yrs, and can put up with lots of stuff, but i cant imagine myself doing that for 40+ hrs straight.

I like the show also. The funny thing is... That when I pulled up next to them and climbed aboard in 15 ft to 25 ft seas.. There were no cameras.... Ahhh I'm here to see your fishing lisc. Oh, and is there anyone onboard that has a felony arrest warrant out on them? Ok then, Have a nice day..:D

Cool pics. I was in Walmart last fall and Phil Harris was behind me in line getting a carton of Marlboros. I hit him up for an autograph for a few of my friends, he was a bit crabby but took the time to personalize each one. He asked if I wanted to help load the boat, heck ya! Followed him to the Dog bay harbor and helped the crew load groceries on the Cornelia Marie. Got the full tour. Sad to hear he has passed. We get most of the boats on the show through here, Northwestern, Time Bandit. The Cornelia Marie docks here along with Incentive, Saga (currently for sale, I'm friends with the Hiner family). I haven't seen Kodiak yet, how ironic. These guys are crazy, you couldn't pay me enough to do their job. Good stuff-AA

It's my very favorite show. I'm really not a fan of Kieth Colbourn for several reasons, beginning with his narsasisim and lack of empathy.

Really cool, love the show. We did an Alaskan cruise and did a crab fishing excursion on the Alushion Ballat (sp?) from season 2. Great time!

Great pictures! It's the only show I watch on tv. The guys look like they remained grounded even with all the fame and such.

Ya, I got hooked on it a few years ago cause when they introduced HD channels on my cable service Deadliest Catch was one of the few shows that was in HD!

Only thing for me is that most of the shows are pretty much all the same.

I love it, and have watched it from day one.

Can you believe Jake Harris, stealing his dad's pills. He got a DWI after his dad passed too, he should get his act together in his dad's memory IMO.

Let me get this right....are we talking about the crab boats working in the rough weather....if so, then Yep, we had that show for some time too.

What we have had recently is a better show still, from the fishing fleet in Scotland.
It is done by the BBC, and after an ad or break, they don't re-go-over previous events.....they just carry on from where they left off....improves the program 1,000%.

But laugh at this, these Scots lads have such broad English accents, they have to have english subtitles at the bottom of the page so we know what they are talking about.

All good shows tho.

Cheers
Phillip

It's a great show. Mrs Ken and I are both fans of it. Amazing folk doing that job. My hat is off to them all.

Last night's show was really intense. It looks like from next week's preview, that its the show where Phil dies.

After The Catch was great last night too.

Re: anybody a fan of the Deadliest Catch tv show?

I hope to see one of the orher captains and or 1st mates (Edgar) and or one of the Hilstrandts help out Jake and Josh to keep the Cornelia Marie in the water for thier sake and in Phil's memory. But I think the whole country can agree that Kieth is a re-ard who would put thier crew @ risk like he did putting a tarp over his pot's in high winds and in rough seas when he could of done it @ the dock?????????????????
