Anybody have a Bill of Sale template/form for a boat sale that I can use?

My state requires that I sign and hand over the boat registration to the buyer, and that it be accompanied by a notarized Bill of Sale. Ok, so we have to go to a notary -- not a big deal -- but I'd like to know if anyone on here has an example of a Bill of Sale, which I would expect has some standard language about 'as is', signature lines, standard legal language, etc.

I see some "Bill of Sale" templates for cars and boats for sale on the web, but I know a number of folks here buy/sell boats fairly regularly.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
