i have a 11 3/4x17 aluminum prop, the floating debris always seems to find the same blade on this prop, so i want to go with a stainless prop. i also have a extra stainless prop for my inline6 90hp merc. anybody wanna trade a stainless 17p (for a "83" evinrude 2 cyl 50hp small gearcase) for a 15p 3blade stainless for an "81" inline6 90hp merc? the merc prop is in very good condition! i'm unemployed and cant afford to drop $250 on a new stainless prop for the evinrude :(

i wouldnt buy a prop from ebay, i check ebay out alot but when it comes to a prop you really dont know what your getting, cracks, spun hub, patched with weld, etc. i trust the guys here more than the guys on ebay tryin to make money off something they know nothing about. and if i bought a prop from there and it was screwed, i would be screwed with a prop i couldnt use and - $100. and i'd be one unhappy camper!

Insurance is for sissies :)
just kidding.
I buy lots, and sell a little on ebay.
Only one questionable transaction. And yes it was on a prop, seller knew little about it. I took a chance. $9.40 It didn't fit my motor, but fit my dad's, so all is well.

Never bought the insurance.
Always buy from sellers with good ratings, that accept PayPal, and give fixed shipping costs--or actual cost if they state how it will be shipped.

well, i guess this is starting to lean towards ebay. since apparently nobody here has a trade offer. i am a buyer at ebay but never have sold anything, always a first!
