Bought one from a dealer....."OEM" I was told, no box, clamp, or snap ring. Number on it is N-181074......google doesn't show it. Also I thought the latest one had the bottom shaved open? This just has a few little holes. I think its aftermarket they are trying to pass on me as OEM.

Quality is going down the drink everywhere. I just bought an exhaust bellows for my 270, same part number, same vendor as two years ago.
This one did not have the steel rings in the folds of the bellows. And did not have a drain hole, it did have the clamps.

I bought some off ebay and there was a number stamped on the bellows that wasn't close to the part number. I Google Drive it and it came back as a genuine oem bellows for volvo... I don't have the number that was stamped on it... sorry. I messaged the guy on ebay first and told him that I wanted his word that they were oem otherwise I was going to return them. He did and I got what I asked for. Good luck!

Since the Volvo Bulletin link may not work, Volvo Penta Bulletin P-44-1-20 says,
Distribution: Parts Date: July, 2009
Group P-44-1
Number Version 20 01
Exhaust Bellows Models: SX -S, -C, -M, -R, DPS -S,-M
Binder: Parts Replaces: N/A
High failure rate for non-genuine Volvo Penta exhaust bellows.
Note! Recent testing and field reports have discovered an extremely high failure rate for several aftermarket brands of exhaust bellows used on earlier SX and DPS sterndrives. When these bellows fail they may push the u-joint bellows in to the u-joint, causing failure of that bellows. Failure of the u-joint bellows can lead to expensive u-joint and sterndrive failure.
When servicing one of these sterndrives with u-joint bellows failure, check for these aftermarket bellows as a potential cause.
Genuine Parts All repairs to Volvo Penta product should be made using Volvo Penta genuine parts.
The part number for the exhaust bellows is 3850426. The genuine parts' bellows are marked (at A in image) with; Lord J-18332Parts Bulletin 'VOL'VO PENT.A. Group

I think this is Volvo's part number, http://www.iboats.com/Bellows/dm/view_id.289901
