anyone else experiencing slow pageloads?

lately I've been experiencing long wait times when I load a page on this site. just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this as well.

all other sites I go to load instantly.

Are you using EI 7 or 8. if so switch to Firefox it loads faster.

Comes and goes. Mostly good.

I had pages taking 30-45+ seconds to load, for several months, up to about 1 1/2 mos ago. Since then the pages load just fine.

Not sure what changed, for the better. I wish I did.

Had trouble getting in for about 15 minutes tonight around 7 O'Clock. Been great recently and since though.

I have had that trouble on and off for years. Helped to go to Firefox, but didn't eliminate it.

I hate it when that happens. I hate it even worse when it seems to be my fault.

I am expecting my wireless ISP provider to come install a new receiver today.

There seems to be something about our system that makes it very picky about the quality of your browser and your ISP.

I am using firefox. I've noticed that if I stop the pageload and hit refresh it loads faster.

Re-installed Firefox, deleted cache, ran anti-virus, anti-malware, defrag etc... Still cannot get the forums to load at home. We have Earthlink Cable ISP. Iboats forums are the only pages that loads slowly. Every other page on the WWW loads fine.
While at work things appear to be OK. Different ISP???? ARGH!
