You can still get a 130 hp diesel from Cummins/Mercruiser with an Alpha. Seems like a good price to me as well. Looks like some sort of houseboat or mega-toon power pod type deal. Fuel tank too?

If you are getting the whole pod, and it is all in good condition, that is probably a decent price.
