Anyone ever removed a volvo XDP drive?

Just wondering if it comes off like any other Duoprop or if there are any tricks? Just got a boat in and need to remove the drive, but have never fooled with one of these before.

You will regret ever seeing one of those things after taking that one off and putting it back on. If it doesn't have water in the bellows, it may be the only one that doesn't, and since you have to take it loose to get the drive off, you can bet it will probably leak when you are done.

Luckily I haven't seen one for about 6 years, and have forgotten most of the info, but here is a link to the drive manual. Should help a little.
