anyone know of a good source for tools

im lookin for repair tools for ignition troubleshooting and general repair tools ... also im lookin for manufacturer repair books ... not chilton,seloc or clymers ... any one???

Sears tools have worked well for me over the years. I have a 1/2" Sears socket wrench that my grandfater bought probably 75 years ago & it works just fine.<br /><br />On the shop manuals - get the OEM specific for your engine - - you will never regret it.

for ign repair and testing its haard to beat stevens instruments and Rapair/CDI. arco has some good books on the subject. there is not much on any outboard ign system I cannot check with my radio shack DVM and my stevens CD-77. it wont test ECM's but will test stator and trigger inputs and outputs.
