Anyone know the technical name for this is?

It is the gasket (?) thingy that the gas/steering lines run through in the motorwell to keep water from running through the hole in the bottom. Need to order one but am not finding them online. Not sure what to search on the sites.

not to hijack, but can you replace one without having to disconnect all your rigging?

Obviously you'd have to cut it; is this done? Suggestions to reseal? I know they aren't water-tight but designed to shed water, block splashes, etc.

Yes. Some are sold as split boots.
