Try seawaymarine.com or marineengine.com. Also maxrules.com. I have used all three with good results.

Honda has fuel line that can take a lot of bending and still retain it's shape, at least that's what the guy at the boat shop told me.
Will the OEM lines be ethynol resistant????

Part 21 looks like a simple 90 degree bend on this chart. When I needed a radiator hose for an old vehicle of mine I had to buy a generic hose that was WAY too long but still the proper diameter and cut it to fit. Maybe there's an option like that available for your application.

Also, on a dishwasher I put in a few years ago there was a line that bent too tight to retain it's shape. I bought a copper elbow that was just bigger than the hose and ran the hose through the elbow so it would retain it's shape and not collapse.

Alternatively, you could possibly buy a copper tubing bending spring and run the soft line through that to prevent it from crushing. Or even buy soft copper and bend it with a bender/spring.

I'll think about this for a while, I had to get REALLY creative with obsolete parts on my 72 Johnny....and FWIW I'd go with the copper tubing and bender idea.

Use marine grade hoses and cut it a tad short. This will cause the hose to radius nicely. Too long and it will pinch.

There are any number of Bombardier dealers that still have new stock on this discontinued part. You can contact any Bombardier dealer for a complete list of all the other dealers. For instance, this dealer has 2 pcs in stock: DICKS MARINE SERVICE, 32 N PISTAKEE RD, FOX LAKE, IL, 60020 (847) 587-2102 dicksmarine@sbcglobal.net

The new Honda hose will work, shape to fit and it holds it's shape.

what if you buy a brass 90 degree elbow and clamp a piece of hose to each end?

Double check to satisfy yourself. To be on the safe side just did a quick google and brass appears to be ok in the fuel line, but avoid copper.

Brass alloys used for marine applications are about %60 copper! Normal brass fittings (yellow brass) are more like %75 copper with the remainder being zinc and tin. The article you cited specifically mentions alloys containing copper! To be sure, I was not aware of a problem with copper and fuel. Good to know.

WOW! It's amazing some of the really, REALLY obscure things a guy can find if you know where to look.

That said, I change my vote to stainless steel or aluminum bent with a tubing bender. Surely stainless is safe...
