Anyone not happy with their Wellcraft

Looking to buy a 1996 Wellcraft Eclipse 182 S. Can anyone tell me about it. It has a new 4.3 Merc Cruiser Engine with 205 HP. Took it out yesterday and it has tons of power. Anything that I should be aware of?

Mine's been a huge disappointment lately. Just sits all covered up in the boat port. Man, I can't wait for Summer.

I miss my old Proline. My Wellcraft is a better looking boat and probably much better built but basicaly it is a cruising hull set up for fishing. Although the two boats are about the same size Wellcraft is no fishing boat, not nearly as much fishing room as the Proline and the layout is terrible. (Who puts the livewell forward of the Center Console?) Just my opinion but you want a Livewell at the stern where most of the fishing is done.
