Anyone recognize this i/o template?

trying to ID this tool
It came with a bunch of tools/parts I picked up last summer at an auction.

says: 91-43692-C

google has never heard of it....

That's for the standard cutout for Alpha and Bravo drive.

The small dashes on the sides top and bottom are to allign the Centerlines.

OOooooooo, I could have really used one of those a few days ago! I figured out how to do with out it, those things are expensive!
