you might call me crazy but i think i can still have a bit of fun in her as the rot is above water line i might tape the glass back on to keep water out and use it for a bit of lake fishing where there is no waves just till i get another project maybe its crazy but so am i i can swim well enough and have read threads on how to raise a boat up from the bottom then i will be able to give the 25 a good run aswell

good/bad iead? any objections?

i new you were crazy when you wanted to restore her. now you need to be committed unvoluntarily. your going to sink a good motor and then have to deal with that.

lol im so bored so thought it would be some fun the boat was in the same shape last time it went for its four hour trip with 12people on it it only had a cab on it back then

The last time i took my boat out i was 3 miles downstream and the gearbox died! If only i had used my witts and checked the gearbox oil level. I ended up getting towed back by the water police! Never again! I felt hopeless their weren't any other boats around my misses was scared... It's ok when your car breaks down just get out walk but i had to get out drag it along the river bank..
I wouldn't risk it ay not with that soft transom...
