The rules say direct linking is allowed. I came across this on a hot deals forum i frequent. Its a 10 dollar off 30 at osh, when you complete a survey. Home depot and Lowes take competitor coupons if there is an osh in the area. (At least they do here in cali). So, it may be worth a try for you guys.
