It would be great for exploring the many electric only lakes here in NW New Jersey. I saw a good review video where two adults got it going with the pedals 3 knots without much trouble. Obviously its not a speed demon, but it would be a great way to get the family out on the small lakes.

Couldn't you just use a heavy duty trolling motor on a regular pontoon boat .Has to be a lot cheaper then what you want. What kind of prices are the paddle boats?
