App for NY canal system maps?

I’m going to put my little boat in the canal system in the finger lakes somewhere. I downloaded Argo Nav but I think there are locks not listed and the launches that I’m considering don’t come up. I’m looking at a couple day trip going from the launch across Montezuma wildlife refuge past the Richmond aqueduct and howland island and probably end in Cross lake. Might have my dad transport my truck and trailer to the cross lake marina.

I don’t want to buy a high dollar plotter for a 14’ runabout for one use. I have a garmin Stryker 4 gps which takes care of lake boating and depth monitoring. But it doesn’t have maps
