applying my own decals and lettering??

ive printed off some fish decals for my boat there on paper one side sticky. i want to put a top coat of ??? so they stay on. what can i use. seeing how there only paper now.i want something that will not yellow. but remain clear and strong?

I have only had vinal made at the sign shop i can see how anything would make paper last on a boat


I cant think of any computer ink that would hold up in UV at all even the good photo inks would fade in direct sun
