Approximate weight of lower unit?

I am planning to change the impeller on my '00 Johnson 115 hp. I have a couple of herniated disks and want to know how much that lower unit weighs so I can plan an attack.

Is it as easy as ordering the kit and unbolting the lower unit?

Thanks to all.

25-30 pounds, But is better to have another person to help when aligning it back up. Otherwise a pretty easy job.:)

I was going to say closer to 40-45 lbs. I've shipped a few that size and the packed weight is around 60 lbs...

I did mine last night on my 85. It is definitely like 40 pounds. And I wouldn't necessarily agree that it was an easy job. I think I will GLADLY pay to have that done in the future.
