aq125a motor will not lock down, tilt problem too

aq125a w/ penta outdrive.. outdrive does not lock down. in reverse the motor bounces.<br /> also my tilt is not working. the unit for the tilt is banging and making noise in side the motor compartment.. any help would be greatly appreciated..thanks guys
