AQ130c random high idle

I have a strange idle problem on my AQ130c, I have set the idle at 900rpm. But sometimes after running at WOT it will idle at 1500rpm, then I have to stop the engine, engage my drive and then start it in-gear. Even if I let the motor sit for 10-15 mins and try re-starting it will sometimes idle at 1500rpm.
Would this be throttle cable issue or maybe even the spring on the carbs cam getting weak...

Any help and suggestions are welcome.

Update, I have noticed that one of the carbs is not closing freely and feels a bit rough, If I push on the sync cam the idle goes back down, now I just got to figure how to free it up.

sounds like a good time to rebuild the carb. If you dont wat to do that you could spray it down clean with carb cleaner

I didn't have any carb cleaner and I don't to rebuild the carbs in the middle of the season in case I screw it up, so I sprayed WD40 on the outside of carb and it has done the trick (for now )

I will be adding carb rebuilds to the list of things to do this winter.
