AQAD41A oli cooler mainteinance

after more than 100 hours I am doing some mainteinance. As you can see in the enclosed picture I had some salt water coming in from the oil coolerbut no problems at all. Do you have any tip or trick for this kind of job? Engine is a AQDA41A has anybody step-by-stepdismounting instructions? Thank youvery much for your helpul support!OIL COOLER

For one thing, you need to get rid of all that teflon tape on the anode plug. It has to be able to make a ground, and it look like you have several wraps of tape there that will prevent the plug from making a good ground.

Thanks Don, good to know...so what should I use for the plug? What is your opinion about the leakage? where is the salt water coming from...o-ring? any suggestion for disassembling?
