Are parts the same for evinrude and johonson?

I have a 1982 evinrude, 35hp. Someone has a 1982 johnson 35hp.
Are the parts inter-changeable?
If so, I'm going to buy it for parts.

i'm 99% sure that vintage is still the same except for paint and cowl.
