Are there any boat salvage yards in Minnesota?

I am looking for a good used pontoon transom pod so I am wondering if there are any boat bone yards around?

I'm sure there is . I did a google search about three years ago and found some up there. I was searching that area because my ercoa was built up there.

There is one just outside of Grantsburg, Wi on Hwy 70. About an hour and a half from the TC. Grantsburg is just across the MN border. there is no advertised name I just see it when I drive by every weekend.

Twin City Outboard is located in Shakopee just south of Valley Fair (towards Canterbury Downs). Although they specialize in outboard motor and I/O salvage, I have seen boat parts there as well. Here is their web site.

When I had the same question near my home in Alabama, I stopped at every local looking store that appeared to be selling to boaters near our large lake. I got lucky at a gas station that sold ethanol free gas. The owner pointed me to a local guy who had been stockpiling old boats for decades. I would never have found him any way other than word of mouth.
