...on how to pressure check and engine block for internal cracks? (such as getting water into the oil through the engine block water jackets) Please, post a link if you know of one. I desperately need it...

Ayuh,.... Right here,....

Drain it...
Creatively block off, isolate the blocks cooling system with whatever it takes,...
Hoses, clamps, pipe fittings, dowels, Whatever...
Plumb in a valve, 'n pressurize to 15psi,...
Then Listen...
Follow the Hissin' sounds to the leak...
