Hello, i am trying to clean up my motor and am wondering if the cowling from a 1995 johnson 200hp venom will work on a 1992 johnson 200hp gt. I know the cowlings are shaped a little bit different, but i am wondering if it would work if you had both the upper and lower cowl? Thanks for any info,
Steve

The Venom cowl is a 60 deg. set-up, the 92 200GT is a 90 deg. and I don't think the 60 deg cowl will work even with the lower portion.

The 200 Venom is a 90 degree. I wish they made a 200 hp 60 degree -- I'd have one!

I believe it should work but only if you have the lower pans.

I learn every day, one way or another...thanks DH for correcting me...
I just drove a Ranger with a 200 Venom around from our gas dock back to the slip the boat belongs in a few days back, and I thought that sucker was a 60....?????
Guess I better pay attention more.
