First take your water hose off at the thermostat housing the little one that goes to your fuel pump try blowing through it. If you cant take the cell off on the back there are two water lines fittings. They are pressed in so a 1/2 in wrench will spin a little pull out with vice grips. The bottom one will be plugged up. take a little all and stick it in the fuel cell and break the corrosion and blow it out. once you do this water will flow through the cell and cool the pumps. put the fitting back in tap lightly with hammer it will be done.
