imho, that's gonna be a tough one to find. since i got mine 5 years ago, i've looked at a lot of aristocraft nineteen stuff. ads and the likes. i can't say i've ever seen a stand alone hard top for sale for a nineteen. seen one only for a fun liner but that's the only one.
my guess is you'll have to find a donor boat. i have seen some cheap ones for sale. 500 and less.
here's a place to look though there's not much going on there right now. just keep watching it. also there's google of course. lots of info there. ya might call
Aristocraft too. who knows, maybe they got a line on one. or may know more as to where to look for one. good luck in your search.
