Hey there, and congrats on your newly acquired toy! Email me at Scott@aristocraftboats.com send me some more pics and your hull number and we will go from there.

Also, this is a great site with a great group of people helping each other out. I am sure many others will chime in with pics of their boats. have fun with it

Re: aristocraft question

check out the Aristocraft website and read the brochures. I'm not trying to be rude - I'm posting from my phone.

Re: aristocraft question

those look just like the ones in my 74. Except for the color that is. The armrests are little tricky to reconstruct without a pattern.

Re: aristocraft question

my back seats look like H20wens.

i think most nineteens seats look like his.

the early nineteens may be different though. i can't remember who here it is. but someone has a nineteen that the back seats + construction in general is not the same as H20wens pic. the back seats look more like a eighteen. the give away for the eighteens construction may be a lack of the ski locker.

or. Aristocraft will have the best answer since they made them.. ;)

Re: aristocraft question

i think ya got one of the cross over boats. when AristoCraft was changing from making the eighteen model and beginning production of the ninteen model. i've read someone else here has one too though i can't remember who.. it was id'd by Aristocraft and i'm just reiterating what i read, best of memory. i think aristocraft said they are kinda rare as not many were made that were a cross between the two boats. if ya go back through the aristocraft posts, ya should run across the thread. it had pics of the back seats if i remember right too..

have ya got a ski locker? reason i ask is i believe that was a telltale of the cross over too. eighteens didn't have a ski locker, nineteens did. but the early nineteens used the inner liner of the eighteen. hence no ski locker.

aristocraft will straighten ya up if i ain't sayin how it really is. believe aristocraft, not me. they know the facts...

Re: aristocraft question

Hey Mufflerman,
From what I see of your back seats, it looks exactly like both of my 18's. The tell tell sign between an 18 and 19 is the transome... flat...18(attached pic)...curved...19. The sad part about mine is that neither had the back seats intact. The one I'm restoring had the back partially intact(attached pics) and I believe the bottom was a piece of covered wood that sat in place. I still have the seat material that I removed but it is brittle and willl only use it to look at for a pattern to replace the seats.

Through some more pics up and we can compare the boats to figure out what it is.
