Pretty cool.

I bet that's quite a profit margin. It's an artistic masterpiece, though... Hope he gets his price.

I've got a friend who, only half joking, says he wants a battleship. He doesn't even own a canoe at this point.

Maybe we'll make his dreams a reality... ha!

I saw the real "Big J" back in 1987 in New York - just amazing to see one actually cruising. Took the kids down to the USS Wisconsin last year and spent about a 1/2 day crawling around on it - WOW!!

This little mug would be fun to play with. It'd be really cool if he built a second one and they could have water fights :D

I am going for a stealth look on my renovation project boat. I have thought about mounting some (replica) machine guns on it. Maybe I'm not thinking big enough. Lol

Well, that would certainly get the attention of the Coast Guard and local law enforcement, Kick Back! And what they would be pointing at you wouldn't be replicas.

Last year at an airshow we marshaled there was a scout group there who restored WWII & Korean War era military vehicles. We got permission from the local city to drive through town with the half tracks and scout cars to dinner (had a couple deuce & a half's as well) - all of 'em had the guns mounted. All of us in BDU's, you can imagine the stares we got running through the streets. Good times!
