As of Today, WMDs are EVERYWHERE!!!

The jury deliberating in penalty phase of the Moosy-owie trial asked the judge to define the term ”weapons of mass destruction”. Actually, that’s something I’ve been wondering about myself for sometime. Anyways, the judge tells the jury the definition of WMDs includes flying fully-fueled airplanes into buildings.<br /><br />There you go… As of today any country with an airplane and a gas can now has weapons of mass destruction. I say we present this new fact of WMDs to the UN Security Council today, then invade Iran tomorrow. Why wait, the fine folks in the Shrub admin can make up the rest of the facts (wink-wink) as we go.

wouldn't this mean that cars are also WMD? I mean cant you fill it with explosives and drive it into whatever? So do we track every car out there?

Unless the said aircraft is capable of in-flight-refueling. Whereas the tanker is fully fueled+++ and the recieving aircraft is fully fueled and they bash into the building in formation.<br />There....that better?
