True Motion Lures. Its a kit full of mostly junk soft plastics in my opinion, but the hard bait that floats along just touching the surface can be the ideal bait to catch fish under some circumstances. Anybody got some of these they would like to sell me cheap?

Bob....Lucky Strike has a lure out similar to the the one your looking for. They are longer and thinner but have the same action. We've sold many from our shop but havn't gotten any feed back yet. You can find them in Bass Pro catalog.

That's a nice looking lure, but its not the one I'm looking for. Actually the one Ebay link had the closest thing to it. I ordered a couple from that Ebay seller. Thank you.

Re: As Seen On Tv Lure Wanted

Junk? Which one. I have one of two of my original True Motion Lures, and it appears to be in good shape. I have since discovered the Kick Tail Lure which has a similar action, almost identical, but a very slightly thicker body.

AS for junk... well I understand a certain desire for things to last forever, but even some of the very expensive crank baits I own will start to come apart after bouncing off of rocks and catching fish all day in a tournament or two or three. While certainly more expensive than a soft plastic I feel that if a lure puts some quality fish in my boat before it wears out it has done its job. I do get offended though when a $15 lure won't last a whole day, but....

So anyway, how fast did yours wear out?

Re: As Seen On Tv Lure Wanted

I have the kiktail lures, and I broke three on the first day! the el cheapo plastic tail just fall off. When I tried to return them, with receipt, they would not take them back.

I first saw them in my Crappie World magazine, and ordered them. I was not impressed. I bought the shad in the diver and suspender. I broke the diver on the first cast. I thought no big deal probably hit something under water. So I tied on the Baby Crappie, and the exact same thing happeded, THE TAIL WAS GONE WHEN I REELED IT IN  So then I quit using them. I gave the other ones away and the guy I gave them to broke the tail off his on hhis first outing with it.

ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THAT THEY ARE JUNK!!!
