My new Propel phone doesn't give me a chance to answer it and I always miss the call before I can open the slide, I cannot the setting anywhere in the menu?
Read all the instruction over a couple times and troubleshooting but still can't get it, the darn thing only rings 2 times.

My AT&T Blackberry only rings 3 times. Tech services told me no way to change.

Hmmm, I'm going to call the tech line and find out what the deal is, the only way I can answer a call is if the phone is in my hand and I get within 1 sec, it does have a call back feature and thats how I've been doing it so far.

Re: AT&T Propel phone only rings once

I just had an onling chat with AT&T and learned that the phone recieves for exactly 20sec. before going to voice mail, so no more jumping up and diving across the room to get the phone, I'm not going to even attempt unless it's right there in my pocket.
Martin, I think your right about the double whammy because I'm pretty sure voice mail does count towards used minutes?

Call forward timing (to voicemail or whatever) is programmable in any phone switch I've worked on in the past 20 years. Usually it's on a per user basis if wanted, so the arbitrary "it is what it is" is B as in B, and S as in S. Everybody is learning their marketing from Microsloth these days it seems.
