AutiFoul Question

I am going to antifoul tomorrow, its all been scrubed down etc ready.<br /><br />My question is, would you recommed that i autifoul the outdrive leg?<br /><br />as that was the worse part when it came out of the water today.<br /><br />Stupid question but there may be a no no for it<br /><br />thanks for any advice

Stuart,<br /><br />There are special anti foul paints for outdrives/outboards. See: www.westmarine.com<br /><br />You shouldn't use a copper based anti foul on the hull if you have an outboard or outdrive.

i brought a tin, says for Speed boats. (thats mine) GRP, also can be used for Alloy, even says Can be used for Props<br /><br />What that be ok to use on the out drive. ?<br /><br />Thanks Again for your replies <br /><br />Stuart
