I do not know if you have the back drag jets. If you have them, they will be in the center front of the carbs, next to the idle jets. On my '93 135V6 they are missing, and I do not know if someone removed them or they were never fitted. They restrict the amount of air that enters the float bowl chamber. This causes a bit of vacuum in the float bowl chamber and has the effect of leaning the gas/air mixture at midrange speed.
