Hey guys! This is a newb question for the restoration crowd, but I'm planning on replacing my lounge seats in my 19ft bowrider. My boat is still up north being stored so I'm just trying to gather supplies and I'm having a tough time finding correct literature thus far.

I'm planning on buying the Wise Designer Classic Back to Backs:

Does anyone know if they come with mounting hardware/instructions? Assuming after you get the oldies out there's just a set of brackets on the newly assembled ones that screw right into the floor? Any methodology there (find a 'stud'?) How do you plug/seal the old holes? Should you use a marine sealant (recommendations?) when screwing the new seats in?

Also, is anyone familiar enough with this model to say if they extend only in one direction or if they lounge out in both directions symmetrically?

A lot of dumb questions for people who are used to doing whole hull restores, but I'm just trying to get prepared with the best info possible. Thanks!

Check out Greg Mrozinski's thread, he has some more info about those togglers and their use.
