My boat leans bad when at speed. Does the little rudder on my bottom end adjust this. The motor has a rudder with a bolt in it. Right now its at 2 degrees.

That's the trim tab beertech.....it compensates for the torque of the engine. Outboards tend to torque to the right making steering hard. Adjusting the trim tab in the direction of the torque will take most of it out.

If you are talking about the boat pulling to the right if you let go of the steering wheel, yes. As you look at the back of the engine, losen the bolt holding the trim tab in place and move the back edge of the trim tab to the right. Might take a couple of adjustments.
