Last weekend we busted a 12 year old boy untieing boats at the dock, even got him on video. Showed the ranger and the ranger went to the campsite and told his parents. Well, the next night the boy thought he would be cute and do it again. Well this time while he was on the dock, I was just walking back from the shower house and saw his bicycle sitting in the bushes by the walkway to the dock. So I took his bike and hidden it on top of my van. When I started out to the boat on the dock, he saw me and took off running. He got to the place where his bike was and freaked out. He then went back to his campsite. (Walking of course!) I went back, got his bike, put it on my boat and went out to the no wake bouys. We took bungee straps and strapped his bike to the bouy! Next morning the boy was looking for his bike down by the bushes. He asked a couple of people that were fishing if they had seen his bike. Then they asked him if that was his bike way out there in the water on that bouy? He said yea thats it. He then went out on the dock to try to get one of use boaters to go get it. Everyone refused since he was the culprit that was untieing our boats. Finally the Ranger retrieved his bike and told him the next time this happens, he will be sited for obstructing navigation markers! He also told him that he is lucky that the boater that did this just didn't throw his bike in the water where it would never be seen again.

Poor kid hasn't even come close to the docks since then.
