bad gas or stuck valve?

went out on the boat right after just felling up. not long after running started running rough and no power thought i might just have bad gas. now drined out the gas and put new. no better the motor is acting like its missing anf the carb is popping and when i get on the acc. the carb is blowing out fuel. not alot but eough any help would be nice thanks

Have you checked the condition of your water/fuel separator? I had a similar problem recently and there are a lot of things that can cause symptoms like this.

Nope,... But there Are fuel filters in the fuel pump,+ Carb....

If you really suspect a stuck valve then do a compression check.
