Hi guys, was putting outdrive back together tonight and notice what might be remnants of a rubber gasket or O ring between exhaust side and shift slide rod on alpha gimbal assembly, Doesn't appear to be much of it left, Looked thru my mercruiser manual and did see any reference to it. If anyone has merc part number it would be welcomed. 1996 mercuiser 4.3 gen + with alpha gen2 drive sorry pics are sideways its an I phone thing I guess
