I have a 1986 Bayliner Capri 1950 bowrider w/ a 125 Force engine. My fuel gaugue does not work and the other day it appeared that i ran out of gas. Used my trolling motor to get in and have since filled the boat up. It only took about 20 gallons, but the motor fires right up like it always has now. I thought this boat had something like a 32 gallon fuel tank, so i am wondering if the pickup tube might be cracked partway down in the tank. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

If you can get access to the tank, usually right next to where the fill hose enters the tank there should be a plate that shows the capacity of the tank. I have a 19 ft Bayliner Cobra bowrider with a 125 Force. I have a 20 gallon tank.
