bad screen

Does anyone know why a Hummingbird lcr 400 id screen would get a large area of what looks like an overexposed area. The outside of the screen is still normal,but the middle is unviewable.

not to my knowledge,I do cover my boat with a tarp,but one day it was like that.

It could be condensation where it got damp,and the heat fogged it.

Doe's it have a dark blue area in the center? i had one that did that , it clear up on it own.
