Is there a hydraulic leak? If not, and the fragments haven't damaged anything else yet, you may just need the pump. Depending on your actual motor, there could be two different units on it. What is your serial number?
The old style power tilt/trim unit (complete) is still available, but when all sold out, there will be no more manufactured. Unfortunately they are not cheap: 3B7S771503 POWER TRIM & TILT ASSY-WHEN OUT NLA $3276.00.
The good news is that if you have the new style system, and just need a pump, it is available:3E0774301M PUMP $210.22. Likewise, the motor for the new style unit is available: 3E0771800M MOTOR ASSY $482.67.
These parts are available from any Tohatsu/Nissan dealer, including me.
