Hi all, I'm working on a Volvo Penta aq231 (GM 5.0L) (rebuilding). Can anyone tell me if an oil baffle plate is necessary? ( What is the use of this thing?) What can happen when no Baffle plate is mounted? Greetings from Holland. Hans
