Baha Cruiser 271 Fisherman

I am looking at a 97 Baha Cruiser 271 Fisherman-Volvo Penta SX 5.7L. I have never owned a full inboard boat. She needs a good cleaning. Iwill not get a sea trial,This is a auction boat. Can anyone tell me about this boat. And what can I expect in gph.

I looked at one of the new (2007 or 2008) at the time. 25 ft with a big outboard motor. Great looking boat. Seemed heavy. I wasn't impressed with its up sea handling. The dealer was operating out of a rental house with a dock in Clearwater. I have subsequently heard they are low quality boats.

I am biased. I like outboard motors. It may be a bit underpowered. It is a big boat. It will suck up the gas.

I've walked the boat -clean no soft spots. Good trailer. But the gas is a issue. I fish out of Mobile and gulf shores. With the oil in the Gulf I don't think there will be any fishing this year or next. I'm just looking for a deal.
