Basic carb adjustment for a 1990 50hp Force...PLEASE

Hi there fellow boaters, I'm looking at a Sunday departure for my holiday and was wondering if anyone out there knew what the basic mixture setting was for a 1990 Force 50 hp engine. I have had a consistent bog for approx 40 secs when I go full throttle and then the power is there. I just wanted to be clear about the very basic mixture screw adjustment. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!! Thankyou

from seated one and one half turns out start motor in water go right or left little at a time till motor runs smooth and great

hi their; my book says for your idle mixture its 1 turn out from lightly seated position,and your float level should be parrell to body flange.happy boating
