Battery Isolator

I believe I may need a new battery isolator. I have a dual group 27 setup with a 1,2,all battery switch. The alt is connected to a Guest battery isolator. The alternator and the alt side of the isolator read about 14.5V when running. The Batt1 of the isolator side reads about 14V and the Batt2 side reads about 13.2V. Seems to me they should be the same. The batteries read about 13v when the engine is not running and have sat awhile to dissipate the surface charge. Connections are tight. (please note that all these numbers are rounded as I cant quite remember the actual voltages. Their close though)

What do you think?
If the isolator is faulty, what brand/model is preferred?
