I own a 3055 and on the port side I would like to add two 6v batterys to run all of the accessories. In addition, I will be installing two 12v batterys on the starbord side. One will be used to start the port motor and one for starboard motor. What do I need to do to the Quest Battery switches to accomplish this?

Don't separate the batteries by engine. Instead, have one large starting battery (or two), and the 2 6v for the house batteries, but through switches, you should be able to use any battery for any purpose. If one starting battery goes dead, you will need to be able to switch to the other, or to the house batteries to get either engine started.

2 6 volts or golf Cart batteries generally can take more deep cycles that a single 12 volt. they are excellent house batteries, but not so good for starting batteries. A disadvantage on a boat is the weight. They can be very heavy.
